All orders are shipped same day via USPS.

Generally speaking, USPS Standard shipping is 3-5 business days while USPS Priority (Expedited) shipping is 1-3 business days.

Any changes to an order must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. Otherwise, all items are shipped as ordered to the address provided.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item is not returned in original condition. Digital items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days once received and inspected.

We replace or refund any item lost or damaged in-transit.
