Checkout+ is a flat fee that will cover any returns for your order at no extra cost. This flat fee is optional, but if you opt-in for Checkout+ your order is guaranteed to receive unlimited returns and exchanges for all items in that order.

We provide full refunds within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are credited to the card used in the original transaction.

If you purchased Checkout+ on your order, all return fees are waived. For orders without Checkout+, there will be a $5 return fee deducted from your refund.

Digital items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

We replace or refund any item lost or damaged in-transit. For orders lost or damaged in transit, please contact us to arrange redelivery.

Any changes to an order must be requested within 1 hour of purchase. Otherwise, all items are shipped as ordered to the address provided.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Please allow 5-­7 business days for processing on all returns. Refunds typically appear on your statement 3-5 business days after the refund is initiated.
